Our humbly aggressive campaign put the old saying “you’re just paying for the green paint” to rest. We went head to head with our biggest competitor and created exciting but practical comparison content across social, digital, print, point of sale and more! Exclusively made for our fantastic dealer network.


THE RDO REALVERSE

RDO, a John Deere dealer, requested help getting potential customers out of the online browsing space and into the dealership to get butts in seats. Because once you sit on a Deere, there is no comparison. So we leaned into that insight and created a campaign utilizing the momentum of Meta and VR's popularity, to get consumers out of the online consideration space and into the real world dealership to see for themselves and convert to purchase. 

We did this by creating an online world with custom characters that represented their real life consumer counterparts. Our characters helped inform consumers of the benefits of RDO + John Deere and urged them to come in and experience the difference at the dealership for themselves. The campaign was so well received in the RDO communities that a follow-up winter version was created to continue the momentum.
